Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών: LPCAMM2 Memory Batch σε χαμηλότερο κόστος και άμεση μείωση τιμής Laptop 13 Pro

The introduction of LPCAMM2 memory enables consumers to experience high-bandwidth operations from products like the 13 Pro and not worry about upgradeability problems. Framework’s vision has provided a solution to the DRAM shortage that left buyers facing hefty premiums for higher RAM capacities. Fortunately, Framework has found less pricey LPCAMM2 modules and is passing on the savings to its loyal customers, although not every Laptop 13 Pro batch will include them.

Affordable LPCAMM2 memory options will be applied to the earlier Laptop 13 Pro batches

Framework has acquired a limited quantity of Micron’s 32GB and 64GB LPCAMM2 memory modules at a lower cost. This has led to a price reduction for the Laptop 13 Pro, as reported by VideoCardz. Customers in “Batch 10” will benefit from the lower prices, and those who paid higher prices will receive refunds.

“Following our update in July where supplier cost increases forced us to adjust memory configurations and pricing, our Supply Chain team has been working continuously to source additional inventory at better prices. We have good : we recently secured a limited quantity of Micron 32GB and 64GB LPCAMM2 memory modules at lower cost.

We are committed to passing on savings whenever we can and keeping computers as accessible as possible in the current environment, so we are rolling out price reductions across both already shipped and a subset of currently pending pre-orders. While these new costs remain above our original pre-order launch baseline, they are lower than the last cost update that drove our current pricing for new pre-orders.”

Currently, a 32GB LPCAMM2 on Framework’s U.S. store is listed for $800, while the 64GB variant costs $1,600. New customers should not expect the same price reduction, but they can keep an eye on any potential changes.
